Tariff for individual retreats 2020

The Coach House Kilmuir Trust is a small registered charity, and as such we are completely dependent upon the generosity of our guests and supporters, and the financial offerings received through providing our retreat house services. We work hard at keeping our costs to a minimum, and are thankful for the work of our small staff team and larger team of volunteers who give so much of themselves to the daily running of the Coach House.

We are extremely grateful for all financial contributions, and welcome completed Gift Aid declarations as these provide some much needed additional support.

Please note for group retreats with a theme, e.g. HerSpace, Centering Prayer, Advent, and other events, the tariff will be different. Please see details relating to each event as listed on the programme

Accommodation Charges
Full board, per night £68, for a single ensuite bedroom with sea view
Full board, per night £66, for a single ensuite bedroom
Full board, per night £63, for a standard single bedroom
Two of our ensuite bedrooms may be used as twin bedrooms if requested in advance, in which case there is a reduction of £5 ppn.

Spiritual Accompaniment Charge

Members of the Coach House team are very willing to provide spiritual accompaniment for individuals. During your retreat  here we ask you to contribute £15 per session (max 1hr) for spiritual accompaniment. This is a reduced rate. Please book this in advance if possible. We are willing to help you plan your retreat framework.  If you wait to request spiritual accompaniment until you have arrived  here we will do our best to provide at least one session, but being a small team, it may not always be possible for us to meet your request. For non-residents the charge is £25 per session.  Retreat resources and facilitation for  small groups may also be available, – please email us with your requirements.

We do not want anyone to be prevented from coming to stay with us through lack of funds, so if this is a major concern, please contact us to see what may be arranged; equally, if an individual is able to make a donation above this tariff, it will be most appreciated and will enable us to continue to offer the widest access possible.

Financial support might be available through a grant award or bursary from certain organisations such as The Society of Retreat Conductors (www.thesrc.org.uk) and The Association for Promoting Retreats (www.promotingretreats.org).
